Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings as part of a dedicated clinical team. No prior experience is required, as full training is provided and a 40-hour RBT course is needed before working.

Positions start part-time with hours after school or in the afternoon/evening, offering valuable hands-on experience in ABA and child development while supporting families and children with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
