Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents across Los Angeles County in home, school, and community settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with our clinical team to support ABA programs while honoring the diverse needs of families.

The role welcomes candidates with no prior ABA experience and includes comprehensive paid training, with opportunities

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma – REQUIRED.
  • Bachelor’s in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must pass the TB test.
  • Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.
  • Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collect and record data on client progress.
  • Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
  • Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
