Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, seeks a General Production Associate - Entry Level for the 2nd shift in Murray, KY. You will operate machinery, handle materials, and inspect products to meet quality standards, while maintaining a clean work area and following safety policies.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks and operate machinery.
• Availability to work the second shift, from 3:50 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with operational standards and supervisor instructions.
• Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.
