Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate in Groveport, OH, to ensure the smooth receipt, storage and shipment of life-saving pharmaceuticals. You will follow SOPs, perform quality checks, and prepare orders for shipment while working in cold environments and potentially across multiple warehouse areas.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and accurate record-keeping, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working in cold temperatures during shifts.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing, loading and preparing orders for shipment.
• Work in cold temperatures during segments of the shift.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas or participate in manager‑assigned projects.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean, EH&S compliant environment.
