Qualifications

• 0-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Ability to make sound decisions based on knowledge and judgment.
• Ability to build good working relationships with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan production schedules to align capabilities, processes and commitments.
• Provide information and support to purchasing, sales, supervision and management.
• Prepare and communicate production schedules with sales and operations.
• Coordinate with operations to determine status and expedite delays.
• Forecast and monitor inventory and stocking requirements.
• Confirm and coordinate inventory transfers.
• Adjust schedules for equipment faults and customer demands.
• Identify improvements to increase productivity and quality.
• Work with maintenance to plan efficient shutdowns.
• Monitor progress against the master schedule and schedule breaks.
• Manage aged, obsolete, and damaged inventory with operations.
• Work with vendors on material claims.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
