Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role is part of a team servicing vehicles, with full and part-time benefits from day one, including tool program discounts.

Pay ranges are set to reflect experience and industry standards. As part of Bridgestone, you will diagnose basic automotive issues, perform maintenance, replace components, and road-test vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
