Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to service vehicles as part of a collaborative team at Firestone Complete Auto Care. The role offers full- and part-time benefits from day one, including a tool program discount and competitive pay.

You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, and support tire and service tasks while learning on the job with on-the-job training and ASE-certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
