Job summary

Farm & Forge Club seeks an exceptional entrepreneur, educator, and program builder to own our Entrepreneurship Program end-to-end, designing, launching, operating, and growing it. The role is the sole leader, overseeing daily programming, coaching each student, managing operations, and developing partnerships with families and leadership.

This is a hands-on, real-world program where students create or acquire businesses, work with customers, manage finances, and generate actual revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading programs with real revenue impact.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor students toward outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and partner management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, operate, and scale the Entrepreneurship Program from ground up.
• Coach students daily and establish measurable progress across cohorts.
• Develop partnerships, recruit and communicate with families and leadership.
• Guide venture development from idea to revenue and real customers.
• Coordinate recruitment, marketing, enrollment, and pipeline growth.
• Maintain program operations, budgets, and governance.
• Measure success with calendars, standards, and outcomes.
