Qualifications

• Outbound calling with daily targets and performance expectations.
• Completion of licensing steps to become a licensed insurance agent in Michigan.
• Participation in a comprehensive training program covering sales, customer service and business management.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling with an expectation of 250 contacts per day.
• Complete the licensing steps to become a licensed insurance agent in Michigan.
• Engage in a comprehensive training program covering sales, customer service and business management.
• Participate in team meetings, project planning, and execution.
• Collaborate on marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
• Develop a business plan to open your own State Farm agency and provide milestones updates.
