• Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, economic development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, small business development, or program coordination.
• Strong understanding of the small business lifecycle, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver entrepreneurship programming with community partners.
• Mentor small business owners through mentorship and resource navigation.
• Manage co-working spaces, incubators, and event venues to generate revenue.
• Promote CCM workforce development programs across campus and community.
• Develop internships for degree and certificate students; travel as needed.
