Confidential Arroyo Grande, CA is seeking an entrepreneurial Adult Reconstruction Orthopaedic Surgeon to join a nationally recognized practice on California’s Central Coast as the founder transitions to a reduced clinical role.

This role offers immediate clinical volume, professional autonomy, and the chance to participate in ambulatory surgery center ownership while building a thriving hip and knee practice on an established brand and efficient outpatient infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years post-training
• Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction preferred
• Performs primary hip and knee arthroplasty
• Is comfortable in the outpatient environment
• Growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
• Wants to participate in the continued development of an innovative musculoskeletal platform

Responsibilities

• Perform primary hip and knee arthroplasty
• Lead clinical volume with autonomy
• Develop and grow a hip/knee practice on the Central Coast
• Participate in ASC ownership and leadership initiatives
