Job summary

Grocery Outlet invites ambitious individuals in the United States to become Independent Operators. This hands-on, entrepreneurial role lets you own and run your own Grocery Outlet store with the support of our established retail brand.

You will oversee store operations, hire and train a strong team, and manage buying, merchandising, and community engagement. Full training is provided; relocation is expected, and there is uncapped earning potential tied to your store’s performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years retail store management or multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for retail and customer service.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to build and develop a team.
• Business acumen, including financial and operational management experience.
• Willingness to relocate and commit to full training and onboarding.
• Drive for success and ability to work independently while leveraging Grocery Outlet network.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store functions, including inventory management, compliance, and financial oversight to ensure profitability.
