Job summary

Brassica is seeking an Owner Operator to build and lead your own Brassica restaurant. You’ll earn half of the bottom line, with a guaranteed weekly minimum income of $1,500, and receive 20 weeks of comprehensive training to prepare you to run your own operation.

You will mentor your team, manage relationships with guests and the community, and invest in people’s lives while delivering best-in-class food and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a strong GPA.
• Willing to travel and relocate for opportunity.
• Open to travel during training and relocation for the role.
