Job summary

Allstate Insurance Company seeks an entrepreneurial Life Specialist to build and manage a local life insurance practice with agency-owner support. This role focuses on meeting clients in person, delivering tailored life insurance solutions, and growing a sustainable business through referrals and leads.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of life insurance sales, valid state licenses, and a business-focused degree or higher.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of life insurance customer-facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses required.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred; professional designations such as CLU/LUTCF encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients face-to-face to assess needs and provide life insurance solutions.
• Build and grow your own practice with support from Allstate agency owners.
• Leverage partnerships and leads to drive new business and deepen client relationships.
