Job summary

Allstate Insurance Co. seeks an entrepreneurial, customer‑facing Life Specialist to build a personal life insurance practice with support from Allstate. You will partner with Allstate Agency owners to drive new business in your locale and access leads and referrals through this network.

The role requires at least 2 years of life insurance sales experience, valid state Life/Health licenses, and preferred CLU/LUTCF designations. A bachelor’s degree (or higher) with business emphasis is desirable.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life insurance customer facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses required.
• Strong mix of life protection sales experience.
• Prior experience as Life Insurance Agent/Representative preferred.
• Professional designations such as CLU/LUTCF preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers face-to-face to build your life insurance practice.
• Work with Allstate agency owners to drive new business in your local community.
• Leverage licensed professionals and leads to deepen relationships and generate sales.
• Operate under Allstate Exclusive Life Specialist agreement as an independent contractor.
