Job summary

Hajoca Corporation in Washington State offers a three-year management development program designed to attract, develop, and retain leaders who can run their own business someday. Trainees rotate through all parts of the business, learning the essentials of distributing plumbing, heating and industrial supplies.

You will be prepared to run a Profit Center, make hiring and pricing decisions, and engage customers through sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a solid GPA.
• Willingness to work in all areas in the region; may require relocation.
• Demonstrated leadership in professional, educational, and/or social experiences.
• Ability to perform a wide range of tasks with interpersonal and critical-thinking skills.
• Entry-level work experience in people or project supervision, sales, operations, and/or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through job functions in all parts of the business.
• Learn all aspects of distribution of plumbing, heating and industrial supplies.
• Trains to become a Profit Center Manager with hiring, product, and pricing decisions.
