Qualifications

• Active Commercial Real Estate license is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking and proactive outreach.
• Build and grow a book of business (tenant, landlord, investor, owner-user).
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Present proposals, opinions of value, and executive briefings.
• Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities.
• Maintain consistent client communication and follow-up.
• Mentor and support newer brokers as you grow into leadership.
