Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial real estate or transactional experience.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable betting on yourself.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build relationships with buyers and sellers nationwide.
• Source, negotiate, and close commercial real estate transactions.
• Analyze investment opportunities and advise clients on strategy.
• Leverage proven sales processes with full in-house support.
