XFrame Group is a fast growing Australian construction technology company focused on delivering modular and circular interior fit-out rooms & panels. The company’s proprietary XFrame® platform enables spaces to be constructed, deconstructed, reconfigured, and reused — without traditional demolition waste.

One Planet Studio (OPS) is launching XFrame in Benelux and is looking for a driven Entrepreneur & Managing Director to own that journey from day one. This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants to run their own business — but without the uncertainty of starting from scratch. Rather than spending years searching for the right idea, validating a market, or building a network, you step into a pre-validated venture: the technology is proven, the market opportunity is identified, the first leads are ready, and exclusive commercialisation rights are secured. You co‑own what you build, with OPS as your partner and a clear path to equity and exit.

Your Mission

As Entrepreneur & Managing Director, you will have full ownership of XFrame’s Benelux market entry in all its aspects:

• Define and execute XFrame’s Benelux go‑to‑market strategy.
• Identify and prioritise target customer segments: contractors, developers, architects.
• Define pricing strategy to maximise both market penetration and profitability.
• Lead business development, sales prospecting, and revenue generation.
• Build XFrame’s brand presence in the Benelux market.
• Drive fundraising efforts and manage investor relations in collaboration with OPS.
• Maintain and manage a strong partnership with the XFrame technology provider.

Your Profile

• Excellent communicator — able to engage contractors, investors, and decision‑makers alike.
• Resilient and decisive under uncertainty; at ease with the inherent risk of venture building.

• Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Languages: Dutch and French are essential; professional English is required.
