Job summary

Stretch-n-Grow of St. Petersburg & Tampa is seeking a Youth Activities Instructor / Enrichment Coach for a part-time, weekday-only schedule. Lead engaging classes in music, movement, dance, and more at preschools and early learning centers to promote development and confidence.

You'll travel between local sites, create a positive learning environment, and contribute to children’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth. If you love active kids’ programs and a flexible role, join us!

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident instructors who love leading groups of young children.
• Experience in early childhood education or related programs preferred.
• Strong desire to work in children's activities, programming and instruction.
• Comfortable leading active, engaging group activities.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
• High school diploma; related coursework a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy enrichment classes, including music, movement, and dance.
• Teach foundational skills in coordination, balance, rhythm, teamwork and flexibility.
• Travel to local preschools and early learning centers.
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging classroom environment.

Our Youth Activities Instructors, Enrichment Coaches, and Early Childhood Educators lead structured music, sports, dance, yoga, gymnastics, and movement classes that support child development and help children build confidence, coordination, creativity, and healthy habits — all while having FUN.

What You’ll DO:

What We NEED:

• Experience in early childhood education, preschool teaching, childcare, youth sports coaching, dance instruction, gymnastics, yoga, music education, or related programs is preferable

• High school diploma (education, kinesiology, performing arts, or related coursework a plus!)
