Job summary

Stretch-N-Grow, the world’s largest network of certified youth fitness instructors, seeks a Youth Activities Instructor / Enrichment Coach for a part-time, weekday-only role. You’ll lead structured enrichment classes in music, movement, and dance at local preschools and early learning centers, helping children develop confidence, coordination, creativity, and healthy habits.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident instructors who love leading groups of young children.
• Experience or interest in early childhood education, preschool teaching, childcare, youth sports coaching, dance, gymnastics, yoga, music education, or related programs is preferable.
• Comfortable leading active, engaging group activities.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma (education, kinesiology, performing arts, or related coursework a plus!).

Responsibilities

• Lead enrichment classes, including music, movement, and dance.
• Teach foundational skills in coordination, balance, rhythm, teamwork, and flexibility.
• Travel to local preschools and early learning centers.
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging classroom environment.
• Support children’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Represent Stretch-N-Grow with professionalism and enthusiasm.
