Job summary

Stretch-N-Grow is seeking enthusiastic Youth Activities Instructors to lead structured music, movement, and dance classes at local preschools and elementary schools.

This part-time, weekday-only role (10–15 hours per week) offers paid training, ongoing professional development, and all curriculum, equipment, and materials provided.

You will create a safe, positive classroom environment and help children develop physical, social, emotional, and cognitive skills while having FUN.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident instructors who love leading groups of young children.
• Experience in early childhood education or related programs is preferable.
• Willing to talk to you if you’re excited about children’s activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrichment classes including music, movement, and dance.
• Teach foundational skills like coordination, balance, rhythm and teamwork.
• Travel to local preschools and early learning centers to deliver programs.
• Create a safe, positive classroom environment and support child development.

Youth Activities Instructor / Enrichment Coach (Part-Time, Weekdays Only)

Our Youth Activities Instructors, Enrichment Coaches, and Early Childhood Educators lead structured music, sports, dance, yoga, gymnastics, and movement classes that support child development and help children build confidence, coordination, creativity, and healthy habits — all while having FUN.

What You’ll DO:

• Lead high-energy enrichment classes, including music, movement, and dance
• Teach foundational skills in coordination, balance, rhythm, teamwork, and flexibility
• Travel to local preschools and early learning centers

• Support children’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development

What We NEED:

• Outgoing, confident instructorswho love leading groups of young children
• Experience in early childhood education, preschool teaching, childcare, youth sports coaching, dance instruction, gymnastics, yoga, music education, or related programs is preferable
• Don’t have experience? If you have a strong desire to work in children’s activities, programming, and instruction, we’d still love to talk to you!
• Comfortable leading active, engaging group activities
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
• High school diploma (education, kinesiology, performing arts, or related coursework a plus!)

Compensation: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
