Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset Management is seeking a Junior Associate for the US Corporate Services team within Private Markets. You will support day-to-day administration, governance coordination for a portfolio of U.S.

entities, and assist the VP with prioritization, guidance and escalation. Collaboration with Europe and Asia teams ensures consistent execution and information flow. You will coordinate with external corporate secretarial service providers, including CT and Deloitte, focusing on controls,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management or related field.
• Up to 4 years of corporate secretarial support, entity management or governance operations experience.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous data accuracy.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and escalate as needed.
• High discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide Board and governance cadence support, including calendar planning and meeting logistics.
• Manage end-to-end agenda and materials coordination for governance forums.
• Track action items, route minutes, and coordinate approvals and documentation.
• Maintain entity compliance calendars and filing obligations.
• Monitor deadlines, escalate at-risk items to the VP, and ensure timely follow-through.
• Provide entity lifecycle support including incorporations and liquidations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors and external counsel for timely execution.
• Maintain internal entity databases, registers and controlled documentation repositories.
• Assist periodic reporting by compiling inputs and reconciling discrepancies.
