D.R. Horton is seeking an Entitlements Manager to oversee entitlements and due diligence for projects in Lakeville, Minnesota. This role involves obtaining necessary approvals, managing staff, and collaborating with consultants to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, possessing excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or 5 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage activities of the Entitlements Staff.
• Obtain entitlements for projects and negotiate with public agencies.
• Oversee due diligence and feasibility analysis of projects.
• Manage daily activities in the entitlement process.
