Responsibilities

• Greets all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness.
• Serves alcoholic beverages in an appropriate manner.
• Answers guest questions about food, beverages, and facilities.
• Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
• Identifies orders and delivers items to tables promptly.
• Communicates with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintains safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.
• Reports to work on schedule and ready to be in position.
• Maintains knowledge of menus, recipes, products and other pertinent information.
• Performs duties as assigned.
