Jump! Gymnastics - Austin is seeking an enthusiastic Preschool & Recreational Gymnastics Coach for afternoon hours. You will lead classes, follow our curriculum, monitor progress, and keep families informed in a safe, fun learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in gymnastics, dance, cheer, yoga, or a related sport.
• Previous childcare experience (babysitting, caring for younger siblings, or similar roles).
• Commitment to coaching all assigned classes and maintaining a positive attitude around kids.
• Comfortable with incorporating thematics into classes, storytelling, and creative activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging gymnastics lessons following curriculum and themes.
• Evaluate student progress and place appropriately in programs.
• Communicate with parents about child’s progress and events.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
• Support events like Advancement Shows, Parents’ Night Out, and Camp Jump!
• Uphold Jump!’s culture of fun and learning with the team.
