Job summary

Arizona Sunrays is seeking a Recreational Gymnastics Coach to lead kids through fun circuits and stations, delivering a safe, positive, and confidence-building experience across Preschool, Gymnastics, and NinjaZone programs.

No experience? We’ll teach you—bring energy, creativity, and strong communication to a fast-paced, uplifting team.

Role involves instruction, progress tracking, and building connections with families; compensation starts at $15.15 per hour with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Available to work at least two days per week.
• Available afternoons and weekends.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Passion for movement and working with kids.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction, corrections, and encouragement to students
• Learn and follow USAG and Arizona Sunrays guidelines
• Build knowledge in gymnastics, preschool, and ninja skills
• Track attendance and skill progress
• Create positive relationships with students, families, and teammates
