SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Operations Lead to manage daily activities across multiple entertainment groups.

You will coach and evaluate ambassadors, lead interviews, orientation, and training, and ensure safety and show standards through collaboration with show producers and performance teams. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of professional or college-level experience in theme park, stage, or live media.
• At least six months of leadership-related experience (preferred).
• One year of theme park-related experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain company license.
• Proficient knowledge in theater craft or live media productions.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and park programs (e.g., Kronos, SAP, Concur).

Responsibilities

• Lead staff across daily operations within entertainment groups (stage, performance, costume characters, audio, video, lighting, stagehands).
• Coach, mentor, direct, evaluate, and schedule staff.
• Lead interview and orientation for ambassadors; oversee training and development.
• Write evaluations and assist in ambassador development; review annual performance with ambassadors.
• Maintain show standards with show producer and performance operations; manage budgets.
• Produce and maintain documentation; ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas.
