Job summary

RWS Global is seeking a Technical Director for Legoland Florida Resort (LLFR) to lead entertainment and seasonal installations. You will oversee concept through installation, coordinating with designers, engineers, operations, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery, safety, and quality.

Strong leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration are essential. The role requires managing on-site and off-site work, developing plans, and ensuring adherence to venue specifications and company

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in PM, AV, Construction, or related field.
Proven Technical Director experience in themed entertainment or related industry.
Experience in all AV installation and operation.
Experience with AV control equipment and playback systems.
Experience in sourcing and procurement for projects.
Strong project management and onsite leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead all LLFR entertainment and holiday/seasonal installations.
Develop comprehensive project plans with tasks, timelines, and resources.
Manage budgets and coordinate with leadership on fund allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design and technical alignment.
