Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join the on-site California team. You will draft and review transactional documents, perform legal research, and analyze production-related issues under supervision.

You should be enrolled in law school (2L/3L) with coursework in contracts, copyright and entertainment/media law, and be prepared for a 16–29 hour weekly commitment. On-site duties include travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Currently enrolled in at least second year of Law School (2L/3L).
• Undergrad/grad coursework related to contracts, copyright and entertainment/media law.
• Industry experience prior to law school is a plus.
• Typical commitment is 16-29 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize transactional documents.
• Research and analyze issues related to production and programming.
• Exposure to applied law and general business research.
