Job summary

Universal Kids Resort seeks an individual to facilitate entertainment performances and meet-n-greets, delivering positive guest experiences. You will assist performers, manage queues, assist with photos and autographs, and help maintain a safe show area on set.

Responsibilities include supporting performers, handling show logistics, and following Environmental, Health & Safety policies. A high school diploma and guest service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of theme park or guest service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates entertainment performances by providing positive guest service and engaging guests.
• Supports meet-n-greets with queues, photos, autographs, and show panels.
• Maintains safety and well-being of performers and guests on set.
• Assists with daily setup/strike of queues, signage, and vehicle refueling.
• Participates in Entertainment performances as directed and adheres to safety policies.
