Solomon Page seeks a Digital Content Editor to manage the day-to-day operation of the company blog across music, entertainment, sports, and more. You will write, edit, and publish fast-paced, engaging content, optimize for SEO, and oversee the full WordPress workflow with QA checks.

Ideal candidates are strong writers/editors with WordPress experience and comfort using AI tools to accelerate research, headlines, and optimization while maintaining accuracy and tone consistent with our brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and headline skills.
• Experience creating digital editorial content in entertainment/media/sports.
• Strong hands-on WordPress experience or similar CMS.
• Working knowledge of SEO, keyword intent, and on-page optimization.
• Proficient with AI-assisted content workflows and fact-checking.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, optimize, publish, and update blog content across topics.
• Publish timely, trending content including breaking entertainment news.
• Identify editorial opportunities from trending content and programming.
• Optimize headlines, meta data, URLs, and internal links for SEO.
• Manage WordPress publishing workflow from drafting to QA and publishing.
• Source imagery and manage media assets for posts.
• Apply AI tools while preserving editorial judgment and accuracy.
• QA content and links across posts, ensuring accuracy and function.
