Job summary

Toll Brothers, an award-winning luxury home builder, seeks a Purchasing Solutions Manager to join our Orlando team. This hybrid role requires on-site presence three days per week and focuses on national governance, EnterpriseOne setup, and cross-divisional support to optimize purchasing processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential purchasing, strong Excel skills, and experience with EnterpriseOne (HBSS/BuildPro a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in Residential Purchasing or related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Functional working knowledge of EnterpriseOne (E1)
• Preferred knowledge of reading construction drawings and HBSS/BuildPro systems

Responsibilities

• New community setup: ensure enterprise-wide consistency and timely openings.
• Ongoing support: implement national purchasing strategies and update setups as needed.
• Monitor end-user support and provide training/documentation updates.
