Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Residential Purchasing or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis mindset.
• Functional working knowledge of EnterpriseOne (E1).
• Experience with BuildPro and related construction software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• New community Setup: collaborate with Division teams to enable enterprise-wide setup and timely openings.
• On-going support: assist with transitions to new options and item numbers; update rules and data as needed.
• Strategy & Planning: provide insights on business processes and improve purchasing efficiency in E1 and workflows.
