Job summary

Blue Yonder seeks an Enterprise Technical Architect for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to lead enterprise-scale architecture across WMS transformations. The role partners with customer IT leadership and delivery teams to define integrations, cloud readiness, and governance from discovery through go-live.

You will drive security, scalability, and performance requirements, mentor consultants, and help shape Blue Yonder standards. The position requires heavy travel and deep WMS expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field is required.
• 8+ years of enterprise software implementation, solution architecture, or technical consulting experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or architecting Blue Yonder Warehouse Management solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical architecture for enterprise-scale WMS implementations across multiple sites, regions, or business units.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain execution processes, and WMS workflows.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations with APIs, EDI, messaging technologies, middleware platforms, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with cloud-based and hybrid deployment models.
• Understanding of application security, identity management, performance optimization, resiliency, and scalability.
• Proven ability to communicate with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating architecture reviews and governance.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture for enterprise WMS implementations and transformation initiatives.
• Architect integrations between Blue Yonder WMS and customer technology ecosystems, including ERP, OMS, TMS, LMS, automation, and partner systems.
• Establish best-practice integration, cloud, security, and scalability strategies.
• Serve as the technical authority throughout the project lifecycle, from design through go-live.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and governance discussions with customer stakeholders.
• Define and validate performance, availability, security, resiliency, and scalability requirements.
• Identify technical risks and drive resolution strategies to support delivery.
• Partner with architects, delivery teams, product engineering, and customer IT leadership for alignment.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to implementation standards and delivery excellence.
• Support solution assessments, estimations, and strategic customer growth opportunities.
