Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible enterprise systems support and administration.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and related services across physical, virtual, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, eDiscovery, and security/compliance features.
• Manage Active Directory and Entra ID including GPOs, LDAP, and hybrid identity.
• Build and manage Intune and SCCM deployments, patching, and policy enforcement.
• Oversee virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage integrations.
• Administer backup/recovery (Druva) and DR/biz continuity testing.
• Create runbooks, diagrams, inventories, and technical docs for operations.
