CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead end‑to‑end scheduling and labor forecasting across demand, staffing, and schedule generation. You will partner with business, product, engineering, and vendors to deliver enterprise-grade WFM solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience configuring WFM platforms (Infor, UKG, Legion) and strong forecasting knowledge, translating business needs into scalable, governed solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with forecasting, staffing and scheduling.
• 7+ years with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years configuring, customizing and debugging WFM solutions.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with stakeholders to define demand drivers and staffing strategies.
• Design forecasting workflows and scheduling patterns for reliable plans.
• Configure vendor applications to meet business needs and drive releases.
• Define reporting needs and drive adoption across HR and operations.
