Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a leading financial services organization in Austin to elevate its public web presence. This hands-on role focuses on publishing and maintaining enterprise content using Drupal, with occasional Sanity authoring, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Experience publishing for enterprise websites or large digital properties.
• Hands-on Drupal or similar enterprise CMS.
• Ability to build pages using reusable components and templates.
• Content entry, self-qa, peer review, UAT, or release validation.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, metadata, taxonomy, and SEO.
• Understanding of accessibility requirements and remediation.
• Ability to troubleshoot content, formatting, and presentation issues.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and update public-facing web pages using Drupal components and templates.
• Enter and format content, links, metadata, and page elements per requirements.
• Manage high-volume publishing tasks with deadlines and priorities.
• Guide content through review, staging, and release workflows.
• Collaborate with content owners, design, and technology partners.
• Perform thorough QA to verify accuracy, metadata, accessibility, and responsive presentation.
• Support UAT planning, defect logging, and validation across browsers/devices.
• Maintain publishing checklists, process docs, and training materials.
• Prepare content for publishing, including inventory review and restructuring.
