Job summary

Vantive seeks an experienced Vulnerability Operations Manager to lead our vulnerability management program across multi-cloud and on-prem environments. You will bridge security engineering and IT operations, driving risk reduction and regulatory alignment.

You’ll oversee scans, triage, remediation tracking, and stakeholder communications, while mentoring teams and delivering executive dashboards. Strong automation and Cloud/Windows/Linux expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT operations.
• 3+ years in senior operational role focused on vulnerability or exposure management.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the enterprise vulnerability management lifecycle, strategy, and operating procedures.
• Oversee routine and credentialed vulnerability scans across infrastructure, cloud services, endpoints, and applications.
• Rank vulnerabilities using CVSS/EPSS/KEV, threat intelligence, and asset criticality.
• Partner with engineering teams to track remediation plans and SLAs.
• Manage vulnerability platforms (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Wiz) and drive automation via API.
• Generate executive dashboards and exposure-reduction metrics for leadership and audits.
• Provide exposure analysis during active cyber incidents.
