Job summary

Primary duties include creating prototypes and wireframes, refining the design system, facilitating user research, and ensuring responsive experiences across web and mobile with accessible interactions.

Qualifications

• UI/UX design experience for web/enterprise apps.
• Proficiency with Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and handoff.
• Experience building design systems or component libraries.
• UX for authenticated provider/operational portals.
• Salesforce UX including Experience Cloud, Lightning, LWC, Visualforce, SLDS.
• Responsive web/mobile UX with forms, filters, cards and data-heavy screens.
• WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility design experience.
• User research, usability testing, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Complex forms, multi-step workflows, validation and status tracking.
• HTML/CSS/Grid/Flexbox/JavaScript fluency.
• Regulated public-sector experience (child care/licensing/human services).
• Experience assessing and improving existing or vendor-delivered applications.

Responsibilities

• Create prototypes and wireframes for UX/UI design efforts.
• Refine and update the design system and component library.
• Facilitate user research sessions and develop requirements.
