Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in digital product and service design.
Public sector experience preferred.
Expert in Figma, agile workflows, and WCAG accessibility; proficient in Miro.
Strong facilitator and systems thinker.

Responsibilities

Plan and run usability tests for web apps and city pages.
Translate requirements into high-fidelity, accessible prototypes in Figma.
Review and advise on UX/UI work led by other teams.
Document components and contribute to the Boston Design System.
