Job summary

Qnity seeks a Vulnerability Management Lead to drive the strategy, governance, and operation of the TVM program across IT, cloud, and OT environments. Collaborate with Cyber Threat Intelligence, Infrastructure, and Application teams to prioritize risk and improve security posture.

You will manage remediation workflows, develop executive reporting, and push continuous improvements in tools and processes to reduce vulnerabilities and exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years in Vulnerability Management, Security Operations, Exposure Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise vulnerability management programs.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability prioritization, threat intelligence, remediation governance, and executive reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Tenable, Wiz, ServiceNow, Recorded Future, and asset/inventory management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature Qnity’s Threat and Vulnerability Management program.
• Define governance, processes, remediation workflows, metrics, and reporting.
• Drive cross-functional accountability for vulnerability remediation.
• Oversee vulnerability discovery across infrastructure, cloud, applications, and OT.
• Prioritize vulnerabilities using threat intelligence, asset criticality, and business impact.
• Drive remediation governance through ServiceNow workflows and SLAs.
• Develop dashboards and reporting in Tenable, Wiz, and Power BI.
• Continuously improve scan coverage, asset ownership, and automation.
