What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and deploy enterprise tool changes and improvements as requested by the system lead
- Create test methods to ensure the adequacy and correctness of changes prior to implementation
- Support day-to-day tool operations and customer interactions regarding operational issues
- Review requests for new features and collaborate with the system lead to address business needs
- Assist in decision-making that impacts the success of daily operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Java, Oracle, JBOSS, Linux application programming, and user interfaces
- US Citizen due to ITAR and customer requirements
- Strong customer service and communication/presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical expertise in data structures, object-oriented design, algorithms, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Java application/development APIs and frameworks on JBOSS in Linux/Unix environments
- Familiarity with Oracle database design for data warehousing and web applications
- Experience with cloud-based servers/databases, particularly Azure/Microsoft
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently
