Erias Ventures in Maryland is seeking a Test and Integration Engineer to join the Secure the Enterprise initiative, focusing on automating the security evaluation process and enabling continuous monitoring across project lifecycles.

The role requires a Top-Secret/SCI clearance, five years of relevant experience, and a technical bachelor's degree. You will develop and execute test plans, perform integration, and support 508 compliance testing in a growth-oriented environment.

Description

We are seeking a Test and Integration Engineer to serve as part of the Secure the Enterprise initiative, develop capabilities to shift from the current manual system security evaluation and authorization process to a new model that emphasizes automation, streamlined processes and approvals, continuous monitoring and assessment, and network data gathering across the entire life cycle of a project.

• Perform test and integration of products to verify compliance based on the requirements and design models
• Develop and execute test plan for products for customer experience, to achieve expected results and to ensure 508 compliances
• Load applications
• Load operating systems
• Build systems to drawing package

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years experience as a Test and Integration Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required; or five (5) years of Test and Integration Engineer experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
