Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a motivated Test Engineer to join our Annapolis Junction team. This role focuses on Linux-based testing, automation, and collaboration using Jira, Confluence, and GitLab within a security-conscious program environment.

The candidate should have a strong technical foundation, experience with automated testing tools, and be capable of creating and maintaining test documentation such as test plans and test cases.

Qualifications

• Two years experience as a Test Engineer in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline is required.
• Four years of additional TE experience may substitute a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Support development, execution, and maintenance of test processes.
• Ensure software quality through structured testing and automation.
• Work in a mission-focused environment with IC program testing requirements.

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical foundation and a passion for ensuring software quality through structured testing and automation. The successful candidate will support the development, execution, and maintenance of test processes in a dynamic and mission-focused environment.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCIwith polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience

Two (2) years experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
