- 5+ years leading enterprise technology strategy or architecture.
- Experience supporting organizations of 500+ employees.
- Experience managing distributed organizations across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year enterprise technology roadmap aligned with growth objectives.
- Lead governance, architecture, and technology standards across the firm.
- Translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions for design, engineering, and corporate operations.
- Drive digital transformation and modernization initiatives to accelerate efficiency and innovation.
- Oversee major platforms including ERP/business systems and SaaS platforms.
