This role will manage and participate in activities that aid in the design, development, implementation, execution, maintenance, and oversight of appropriate enterprise risk management programs, processes, services and activities under the Fulton Financial Corporation's Enterprise Risk Management policy and framework. The role will have specific focus on the processes and programs in place to identify, assess, measure, monitor, and report enterprise technology-related risks within the organization, and will ensure that enterprise technology risk management and reporting align with overall enterprise risk management strategies and organizational goals. The role requires staying current with the latest banking related technology trends, emerging risks, and best practices in technology risk management across the extended enterprise.
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: technology, business management, or related field. (Required)
Master's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: technology, business management, or related field. (Preferred)
10 or more years compliance, external audit, internal audit, risk management, regulatory supervision, or applicable experience. (Required)
5 or more years technology risk management, consulting, advisory or related experience delivering risk management advisory and solution-related services to senior technology executives in banking. (Required)
Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control. (Preferred)
Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT. (Preferred)
Certified Enterprise Risk Professional. (Preferred)
Certified Information Systems Auditor. (Preferred)
This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Each employee of the Organization, regardless of position, is accountable for reading, understanding and acting on the contents of all Company-assigned and/or job related Compliance Programs, regulations and policies and procedures, as well as ensure that all Compliance Training assignments are completed by established due dates. This includes but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance risks impacting their department(s), ensuring compliance with applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management.

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The salary range for this position is $108,400.00 - $180,600.00 annually.

This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
