Job summary

Redox seeks a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of complex integrations, coordinating engineering, implementation, product, and customers. You’ll translate technical requirements into execution plans, manage risks, and ensure on-time, in-scope project launches within budget.

You’ll work with APIs, data models, and integration workflows, communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders and driving process improvements in a fast-growing healthcare tech company.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technical or SaaS projects on time and on budget.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear execution plans and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Healthcare data and integration experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Translate SOWs into execution plans, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate between Engineering, Implementation, Product and customers.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and report on status and budget.
• Document SOWs, scope changes, issues, and time tracking; maintain consistent stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on requirements and enhancements.

Opportunity & Impact

As customer implementation volume grows and individual projects become more technically complex, Redox needs a dedicated Technical Project Manager to own delivery of our most demanding integration projects end to end. This role sits between project execution and technical coordination, serving as the connective tissue between Engineering, Implementation, and Product on one side and customers and partners on the other. You'll translate technical requirements into execution plans, keep cross-functional teams aligned, and ensure projects launch on time, in scope, and on budget - while building the reporting and process rigor that lets the broader team scale.

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, technical implementation projects - including customer integrations, multi-system data-sharing use cases, and cross-team platform work - from kickoff through go-live.
• Translate technical requirements and scope (as defined in the Statement of Work) into clear execution plans, timelines, and resourcing.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between Engineering/Implementation, Product, and customer-facing teams, ensuring accurate handoffs and shared understanding of scope, including potential expansion opportunities and their technical requirements.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve blockers and elevate when needed.
• Manage and report on budget, billable hours, and project status to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Own project documentation: SOWs and scope changes, issues logs, status reports, and time/invoice tracking.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders at all levels, setting and managing expectations proactively.
• Continuously improve project management process and tooling; document lessons learned so other Redoxers can apply them to future projects.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on requirements gathering and enhancement requests surfaced during delivery.

• 3-6+ years of experience in technical or SaaS project management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
• Comfort working with APIs, data models, and integration workflows - you don't need to write code, but you understand how systems fit together.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong risk identification, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience in healthcare data, health tech, or integration environments (FHIR, HL7, CCD, etc.).
• Experience with EHR systems or other healthcare IT platforms.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project management certification.
• Experience leading projects in a startup, remote-first, or high-growth environment.
