Job summary

Madhive is seeking a Technical Program Manager (Client Solutions) to orchestrate complex enterprise deliveries from pre-sales through launch. You will align Product, Engineering, AdOps, and Sales to deliver value for large clients and ensure predictable implementation timelines.

The role is hybrid, based in New York City, with travel to Madhive locations or clients as required. 3 days per week at HQ with 25–50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or technical program management (AdTech).
• Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies (DSPs/SSPs/ad servers) and enterprise APIs with cloud tech (GCP/AWS).
• Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business ROI and lead both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and cross-functional influence with a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales feasibility reviews to confirm requirements are understood and aligned with platform capabilities.
• Facilitate partner workflow discovery to capture technical and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering to break down requirements into actionable tasks, scope, and resources.
• Act as client advocate to Product and Engineering, giving feedback on features and DevOps improvements.
• Own and drive the integrated cross-functional program plan for enterprise deliveries.
• Run governance meetings, risk escalations, and executive updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate GTM and technical teams to maintain visibility into decisions and changes.
• Produce and maintain delivery artifacts: requirements summaries, decision logs, risk registers.
