Job summary

Triumph seeks a CIO to lead enterprise technology strategy across Banking, Payments, Factoring, and Intelligence. You will align technology investments to business outcomes, oversee Information Security, governance, and enterprise platforms, and partner with CTO and CISO.

You will chair the TAG and Enterprise IT Steering Committee, drive modernization, risk management, and vendor strategy while delivering a secure, reliable digital workplace for a global organization.

Qualifications

• Degree from accredited college/university.
• 20+ years of progressive experience in technology and/or information systems.
• 10+ years in senior leadership roles with enterprise scope.
• Experience leading Information Security functions.
• Prior CIO-level responsibility or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise technology strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Chair Enterprise IT Steering Committee and Technology Architecture Group (TAG).
• Lead TriumphX as the enterprise shared services organization delivering infrastructure, platforms, and security tooling.
• Partner with CTO to set cloud, platform, and modernization initiatives.
• Advise the Executive Leadership Team and align technology to customer and operational needs.
